Uloma Okoro is a legal practitioner with over 18 years of diversified experience in Litigation, Corporate Practice and In-House Legal Advisory services.

She previously worked in the  law firms of Mike Ahamba SAN and Olisa Agbakoba SAN before going into Corporate Practice.

She first worked as Assistant Manager, Legal Services at the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCo)  and  later became the Head, Legal Services and Acting Company Secretary.  She left NAHCo and joined Cornerstone Insurance Plc as the Head, Legal Services and Compliance at Cornerstone Insurance Plc., before she joined PAC Solicitors.

She is an Alumna of the Lagos Business School and Currently the Class President of her set, the SMP 69 Set. She is currently a member of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association Governing Council.
