Olutola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. Currently, she is pursuing a Masters Degree at the University of Lagos.

Previously, Olutola worked in a Company in Lagos as a Legal and Compliance Officer before joining PAC Solicitors in July 2022. She has built competence in the area of Company Secretarial Services, Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Governance.

Olutola is a member of the Firm’s Company Secretarial and Compliance unit.
