The spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) across the globe is a significant concern in the work environment. In Nigeria, businesses that provide non-essential services have been forced to shut down while those that provide essential services have to deal with operational challenges as the general economic environment continues to contract. Restrictions of movement and ban on gatherings limit productivity and affect income of businesses. As at today a lot of companies are facing significant decline in their revenue and possible insolvency.
