Tosin Kembi is a seasoned lawyer, with extensive experience in Corporate legal consulting and compliance. With a robust background in Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance advisory, and Corporate Regulatory Compliance services, she brings extensive expertise and a strategic approach to corporate legal matters and stakeholder Management. She has acquired expertise in managing the compliance requirements of various companies and has been involved with arranging and coordinating meetings of the Board of Directors and General Meetings of numerous clients as well as the maintenance of statutory registers and other records. She has built strong relationships with various regulatory agencies over the years.​

Tosin has also led several governance engagements including Board performance evaluation and corporate governance audit across various sectors of the economy.​

Prior to joining PAC Solicitors, she headed the Company Secretarial and Compliance team at a prestigious consulting firm where she honed her skills in corporate consulting and a top-tier law firm in Nigeria. . She is a member of the International Bar Association, Section on Business Law, and has attended Executive Programmes at the Lagos Business School.
